Within the Netherlands
Marike ships every order within the Netherlands free of charge. Your order will be shipped with the standard service of PostNL or TNT.

Within the European Union
Marike ships every order within the European Union for a shipping charge. Your order will be shipped with the standard service of TNT. Member countries of the European Union are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Our shipping costs depends on the quantity and measures of your order. Please sent an email to info@marike.com for an quotation of the shipping costs.

Outside the European Union, Worldwide
Marike ships also to countries outside the European Union. Orders outside the European Union will be send with the standard service of TNT or UPS. Our shipping costs depends on the quantity and measures of your order.

Orders on Stock                             
When your order is on stock we will be shipped you order once payment has been approved and the delivery address has been verified. When your order is on stock, we try to sent out your order within 48 working hours.

During the order process, you will be asked to select a shipping address for your order. You can ship your order to only one location that is open during working hours (Monday till Friday from 08.00 – 18.00 hour). Please be aware that our transporter only deliver during this working hours and not in the evening hours and in the weekend. Should you require assistance to do this please email us at info@marike.com and we will gladly handle your request.  

Orders not on Stock                             
When your order is not on stock, we will inform you about the expected delivery date (most of the time our products will be available in 6-7 weeks). When your order arrived in our warehouse, we will sent you an update email. We will do our best to sent out your order within 48 working hours.

Where do we deliver?
Marike ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we can ship products to your location. Please be aware that our transporter only deliver during working hours (Monday till Friday from 08.00 – 06.00 pm ) and not in the evening hours and in the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays).

When do we deliver?
Marike try to process and ship all orders within 48 workinghours, if the item is available.

Your order will be delivered between 08.00 am and 6.00 pm.
Our transporters delivers from Monday to Friday.
Our transporters do not deliver on Saterdays, Sundays and/or holidays.

Delivery time if an item is not in stock, does not include Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays.

Insurance
We insure all packages in transit from Marike to the delivery address against accidental damage and theft. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured.

Please be careful with the packaging your order has been sent with. Keep it away from animals and children, to avoid suffocation danger. Also keep it away from fire, packaging could be inflammable. Marike cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the packaging.

Taxes and duties
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return and exchange policy
Marike wants you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@marike.com or call us at +31 (0)70 385 95 80. We will do anything to help you!

In order to facilitate the exchange or return of your items please contact us as soon as possible when you receive the order at least within 7 working days after delivery.  Please contact us at info@marike.com  or call us at +31 (0)70 385 95 80.

If you wish to exchange, please sent us an email at info@marike.com  with your required item(s) and we will reserve it for you if the item(s) are on stock. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check (there must be unused, undamaged, complete and in original package).

Unused, undamaged and original packed items may be returned within 7 working days after ordering for an exchange or a full refund.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package. It is recommended that you ship your return via a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost.

Unique or special products or standard models modified at the request of client can never be returned.

Refunds
Refunds will be made within 30 days after your return has been processed. All undamaged, unused, packed in the original packages correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's creditcard. As previously stated, international custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.

Once we has received your package, your refund will be processed, using the original form of payment, within 30 weekdays. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Union.
