Guarantee & Claims

Marike offers you ten years limited guarantee on all our products which commences on the day of delivery. Our guarantee is expiring.

The warranty is deemed invalid if damage to the product results from:

- improper use,

- faulty installation,

- failure to follow the Marike included installation and maintenance instructions,

- usage in an unsuitable environment,

- own organized transportation,

- own modifications to the product,

- adding other products to our product, not produced by Marike.

Claim

Of course all items are produced, packed and transported with the best possible care.
If something is missing, such as a manual or brackets, please inform us immediately by sending an email at info@marike.com  or call us at +31 (0)70 385 95 80. We will do anything to deliver you the missing item(s) as soon as possible.

In the case that the delivered items have been found to be damaged, please contact us immediately, at least within 24 working hours after delivery, by email info@marike.com  or call us at +31 (0)70 385 95 80. We will try our best to solve the problem at the best possible way.

Any damage resulting from transportation not provided by Marike and/or improper handling or use of our items will be payable by the receiving party.

Though we will handle claims reported after 24 hours of receipt or on products which have already been assembled and installed, the cost of the repair or replacement could be payable by the client.
